MSMPL is a private limited company registered in Mumbai, India. The core business of
MSMPL is to provide marine personnel for all types of vessels.
Crew management encompasses a broad range of activities covering the recruitment
and selection, deployment, training and ongoing management of the officers and
ratings engaged on vessels under full management or crew management contracts.
These services are provided by MSMPL for a broad range of cargo vessels including
Cruise Ships, Tankers, Dry, LPG,Containers, specialist tonnage.
These services are managed by dedicated staff located in an extensive network of
Group-owned Crew management offices or CMO’s. This network extends to 7 offices
located locally and in the countries from which seafarers are recruited; these include
The Philippines, India, Bangladesh, Lagos, Russia and the Ukraine, as the primary
sources.
The core team consists of professionals who have been in the industry for more than 20
